精子发生和成熟是男性生育能力的重要前提,对于各种环境内分泌干扰物的精子发生和成熟毒性研究是理解男性不育的关键,也是将环境内分泌干扰物毒性研究应用数世纪的防控工作的前提。本课题组主要围绕十溴联苯醚,分布广泛的环境内分泌干扰物和男(雄)性生殖毒物一种环境内分泌干扰物,对于雄性生殖细胞的毒性效应、精子发生和成熟的调控机制,特别是表观遗传调控机理,以及相关的生殖系细胞发育过程中的表观遗传学重编程机理。并在此基础上深入探索雄性生殖细胞发育异常相关的不育症等疾病的分子机理,为制定相关的防治对策和措施提供理论基础。
