杨万水



杨万水(1982~),安徽潜山人,医学博士,教授,博士生导师,bobapp安卓手机版 公共卫生学院营养与食品卫生学系主任。2013年毕业于复旦大学公共卫生学院获流行病与卫生统计学博士学位。2017~2018在美国哈佛大学医学院从事访问学者工作。《肿瘤》杂志编委,受邀担任BMJIJEAJG30余种中英文期刊审稿人。近年来主持国家自然科学基金2项,主持其它省部级以上课题5项。

主要研究方向为饮食与消化系统癌症(肝癌、大肠癌、胃癌)及相关癌前病变,主要发现可修饰炎症与胰岛素抵抗的相关膳食因素可影响肝癌与大肠癌的发生与发展,并进一步揭示癌症发生与预后的异质性。相关成果以第一或通讯作者发表在JAMA OncologyGutHepatologyAnnals of Oncology等权威杂志,其中肝癌与肠癌的部分结果写入国际抗癌指南中。主要参编教材包括《营养流行病学》(人卫版,编委)、《临床营养学》(科学出版社,编委)、《流行病学原理》(复旦大学出版社,编委)、《膳食与营养》(科学出版社,副主编)、《基层医疗 健康管理》(人卫版,副主编)等。
